Durak Peak
Durak the way it is actually played — Podkidnoy or Perevodnoy, 2 to 6 players, offline or online.
Attack, defend, throw in: the card game people grew up on, with the house rules made explicit instead of argued over.

The challenge
Durak is not one game. Podkidnoy and Perevodnoy change who may throw in and whether an attack can be passed on, and the deck can be 24, 36 or 52 cards depending on who is at the table. A phone version that picks one variant and calls it Durak is wrong for most of the people who open it.

What we did
The rule set is a setting, not an assumption: attack style, deck size, player count from 2 to 6, and whether cheating is allowed are chosen before the first card is dealt. Offline play against bots needs no account; online rooms add live opponents, and the table keeps the same rules on both paths.

The outcome
Live on Google Play and in review on the App Store. The game runs offline first — no account is required to play — and ships in Azerbaijani, Russian and English.
Durak Peak brings the card game to phones without flattening it: Podkidnoy and Perevodnoy attack styles, decks of 24, 36 or 52 cards, and tables of two to six players. The rules are chosen at the table rather than baked in, so a group plays the version it already knows.
Offline play against bots needs no account and works with no signal. Online rooms add live opponents, friends and chat over the same rules engine. The game ships in Azerbaijani, Russian and English.
