Privacy Policy

Pixhelm LTD ("Pixhelm", "we", "us") is a game and software studio, registered as a company in England and Wales and operating from Baku, Azerbaijan. For anything in this policy, write to info@pixhelm.com.

We are the data controller for personal data collected through pixhelm.com. Our products — Domino Peak, Block Peak, Drop Peak, Helpdash and QRcado — have their own privacy notices, and this policy does not cover them.

We collect only what you give us, plus the technical minimum needed to run the site.

• Contact form and email. Your name, email address, the topic you pick, and the message you write. We also record the IP address and browser user agent of the submission, because a public form without that has no defence against automated abuse.
• Server logs. Requests to the site and API are logged with an IP address, timestamp, path and user agent.

We do not use advertising trackers, we do not run third-party analytics scripts on this site, and we do not buy or enrich personal data from anyone.

Under the UK GDPR we rely on two lawful bases:

• Legitimate interests — to answer your enquiry, prepare a proposal, keep a record of what was agreed, and protect the site from abuse.
• Legal obligation — where accounting or tax law requires us to keep records of a transaction.

We never sell personal data, and we do not use your message to send you marketing you did not ask for.

Only the people who need to. Inside Pixhelm, that is whoever handles your enquiry. Outside, we use a small number of processors:

• Hetzner Online GmbH — servers in Nuremberg, Germany, where the site, the API and its database run.
• Cloudflare — DNS for pixhelm.com.
• Purelymail — email delivery for our @pixhelm.com addresses.

We disclose personal data to anyone else only where the law requires it.

Data is stored on servers in Germany. Our team works from Azerbaijan, which means staff there access it — a transfer outside the UK and EEA, covered by the UK International Data Transfer Addendum and appropriate safeguards.

We keep contact-form submissions and project correspondence for up to three years after our last contact with you, then delete them. Server logs are kept for up to 90 days. Records we must keep for tax or accounting are kept for as long as that law requires.

You can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, or send it to someone else in a portable format. Write to info@pixhelm.com and we will reply within one month.

You do not have to go through us first: if you think we have handled your data badly you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

This site is aimed at businesses and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 13 through pixhelm.com. Our games carry their own age ratings and privacy notices on the app stores.

The site and API are served over HTTPS only. Access to the systems that hold personal data is limited to the people who need it and is protected by individual accounts. We do not claim any system is unbreakable; if a breach affects your rights, we will tell you and the ICO as the law requires.

If we change this policy we change the date at the top of the page. Material changes to how we use data you have already given us will be sent to the address we hold for you.
